The product that was delivered is not the same product in the image online. For starters, it was not the entire brass rod and instead it was too wire pieces coming out of a smaller rod. Also, the lighting fixture inside the glass dome is off centered. I contacted the lighting company to ask for a return, and they have advised me that they will not let me return it because I hung the lamp to see how it would look. I contacted them the same day. I hung the lamp, which was the day after it arrived at my house, and I brought it to my office to hang. Their website represents that they provide a refund if you’re not satisfied and to date that has not been the case. I’m hoping they rectify this in honor what they represent to the public.
