Please note that delivery within the United States is limited to the contiguous 48 states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.

Priority Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2–4 Business Days
  • Estimated Transit Time: 1–2 Weeks
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 2–3 Weeks

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

5. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.

If cancellation is requested in time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been processed for shipment or is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.

7. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

Orders shipped within the United States are generally delivered without additional import charges.

For international orders (United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany), import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, returned by the carrier, lost in transit, or does not arrive as expected, please contact our support team.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund where applicable.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized, custom-made, or special-order lighting products may require additional processing time or may not be available for delivery to all locations.

Any applicable restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
