We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Our 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us at support@lightslux.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Step 2: Ship the Item

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that return addresses may vary depending on the warehouse location and product type.

Step 3: Inspection

Once received, the returned item will be inspected to verify eligibility.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Step 4: Refund Processing

After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 5–10 business days

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • All original accessories, components, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may request photos or videos to evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Return authorization
  • Full refund

Lightslux will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is caused by our error.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference, including but not limited to:

  • No longer wanted
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or our shipping error, Lightslux will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will assist with replacement options.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled while in transit.

However, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

Color Variations

Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing batches, slight color variations between product images and the actual product may occur.

Such variations are not considered defects.

UK, EU, and International Consumer Rights

Customers located in the United Kingdom, European Union, and other jurisdictions may have additional consumer rights under applicable local laws.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection legislation.
